Throughout her career, she has held pivotal roles within start-ups and mid-sized biotechnology companies, providing experience in human resources, executive support, and regulatory operations. Her recent professional experience includes positions with Biogen, Human Immunology Biosciences (HI-Bio), Vir Biotechnology, Nektar Therapeutics, Five Prime Therapeutics, and Halozyme Therapeutics. Steph holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from San Diego State University.
