We are focused on advancing BHB-1893 for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and related conditions. HCM affects an estimated 700,000+ people in the U.S. We estimate fewer than 20% of eligible obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (oHCM) patients have received a targeted therapy, and there is no approved targeted therapy for non-obstructive hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (nHCM).
